Pz. Kpfw. III N (N/M)

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWII Panzer III medium tank, N variant, which was a close support version fitted with a 7.5 cm KwK 37 L/24 short barreled gun. This variant were converted from previous variants such J,L or M, in this case, the kit depicts an N coming from an M. Replacing the exhaust it’s also possible to convert this kit in an late J or L.

This kit is a variant of kit ESCI – 8324 – 8001 – Pz. Kpfw. III M (See for comments about the series), with an extra sprue including the short-barreled 7.5 cm KwK 37 L/24 gun and the Schürzen armour plates, which are perfectly valid also for the Ausf. M variant. As the main sprue of the M variant is included, it means that kit includes all the three guns used in the series, including the ESCI – 8327 – 8057 – Flammpanzer III (Pz. Kpfw. III Flammpanzer ) gun.

The kit was really nice at release, and took over 20 years replace this kit, but nowadays there are quite better options for the Panzer III in 1/72 scale.
