Description:

Messerschmitt Me262 & P-51D Mustang Dogfight Double

Plastic models gift set including two full models, paints, brush and glue. The models included are a German WW2 Messerschmitt Me262 jet fighter aircraft and a P-51D Mustang U.S. WW2 fighter aircraft.

North American P-51 Mustang was a fighter aircraft designed in 1940 and entering service in 1942 with RAF, which primary saw service during WW2 becoming one of the famous fighter aircrafts. It saw action also during Korean war where its role as fighter was overseed by jet fighter and then was used as fighter-attack aircraft.

Messerschmitt Me 262 was the first operational jet-fighter of the world and entered in service for Nazi Germany in 1944. Despite its good performance was not produced in number enoughs as well as shortage in production materials lead to a bad reliability of the engines.

Models are built up of 65 (Messerschmitt) and 53 (Mustang) parts and only includes decals for one marking each.
