Unpainted plastic soldiers in 1/72 scale depicting French Foot Field Artillery during the Crimean War.

Box contains 14 Figures in 14 different poses with two field guns. All the figures in a different pose is a generous sculpture effort, and nicely executed here, with a variety of uniforms and poses, everything correctly done. The guns themselves are simplified but good enough, depicting maybe the 12″ Cannon, note that they are French pounds, not English pounds, the heaviest of the field artillery pieces in the French army at the time.

A well part of the Crimean War was a siege war, in particular the 11 months of siege of Sevastopol, which required larger heavy/siege guns, but there was also space for the field artillery so this kit, which is nicely produced was a nice addition to the Crimean range.
