Scots Mercenaries
(Thirty Years War)

The Scots took a very active participation during the European conflict, with over 50.000 troops involved during the whole conflict from 1618 to 1648. They fought mainly against the Habsburgs in support of Dutch or Sweden, but some of them, in less number, also joined the Habsburgs side.

Box contains 48 foot figures in 12 different poses.

A very interesting topic shadowed a bit by the quality of the sculpture of this set.
