This box contains 48 figures in 8 different poses. Opposite to Ruga-ruga, who wasn’t integrated in the regular army, Askari were the native Africans integrated in the colonial armies, mainly in East Africa, Northeast Africa, and Central Africa. Note that this term not only refers to ones who served for the German Empire, also units of the French, English or Belgium armies received this name.
