T-31 Demolition Tank

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. specialized engineers vehicle T-31 Demolition tank (also spelled T31 in some sources) based on a M4A3(76) W HVSS chassis.

One single prototype was built and tested during 1945 (with the war over). The main armament are the two rocket launchers sides of the turret, they launch T94 7.2inch (183mm) rockets from a revolver type drummer of 5 rockets each. The central gun is a 105mm dummy gun. The turret also houses two .30 MG Brownings in ball mounts in the front of turret.

Tests were not successful, and the lack of funds cancelled further develops.

Kit includes PE detail parts, three metal barrels and resin parts for the turret. Tracks are link and length type.
