Mark 7 Nuclear bomb

Mark 7 was the first tactical fissional nuclear bomb operational in the U.S. Army, introduced in 1953. Produced in several variants, was built in over 3000 units all variants together as well as serve as base for several rockets and ballistic missile. Under H.E. M.C. designation, was also assigned to RAF Canberra bombers stationed in Germany.

It was produced in several yields , from 8 to 61 Kilotones and due its retractable stabilizer fin it allowed to be fit in relatively small planes. The list of aircrafts capable of deliver such bomb is long, just to mention a few, North American F-100 Super Sabre, F-84 Thunderjet, Martin B-57 Canberra or Douglas A1, A3 and A4 (Skyhawk) were able to deliver such massive destruction weapons.

Kit only includes plastic parts, for both one bomb and a land transport cart and consists only of 24 parts. Includes decal sheet with stencils for one single marking.
